Pokerroom is the number one no-download site in the world. The software runs smoothly and works excellent for Mac and Linux users. There is also a downloadable version with great graphics. Their traffic has increased tremendously lately. At peak hours there’s approximately between 2000-2500 cash game players and between 4500-5500 tournament players.

Games are heavily concentrated towards Texas Holdem, both cash games and tournaments. In the summer of 2004 Pokerroom launched Omaha and Stud games (high and hi/lo versions) but they didn’t diverse much traffic from the Texas Holdem games.
Competition in the games is medium soft; the higher limits have toughened up considerably since the marketing campaign in summer 2004.

Pokerroom’s rake is standard with 5% taken out of the pot up to $3 max. Support is available thru live-chat, telephone and email. In sum, Pokerroom is a great Texas Holdem Site and the best site that doesn’t require a download.
